Select a team that has the same passion yet different talents. (Passion: makes u jump out of bed each day, Talent: what u do well easily.)

Once u have identified the Passion and Talent, grow the team's Knowledge and Network (based on the Passion and Talent).

Thirdly, look at the team's Character and Purpose. Character is determined by conduct, Purpose is determined by contribution.

Your team needs to ACT and the actions must leave a TRACK. That's about reputation, trust and integrity. Whether promises are delivered.
